Where there were saves, he told us immediately, where there were things uncovered, problems were solved with dexterity and transparency. We came in on budget, on time and sooooo happy with the result.
And please note from pictures, decking was not included in the original scope so if it seems disconnected, it's because we didn't include that in our initial plan. Next project! Tom is very good at decking! (We did have to do some decking in order to solve for siding.)

Tom is a pleasure to work with and extremely responsive. He also offers very competitive pricing. Another company had originally quoted me a price for the siding project that was equivalent to what I paid for both the siding and the roof with Kesting Construction. My house looks better now than it has in the 25 years that I’ve lived here. I highly recommend Tom and his team!
