Tom Kesting and his team were excellent. Tom, in particular, ensured the project was a resounding success from start to finish. I wouldn’t want anyone else managing a project of the scope we just completed, ie complete exterior makeover of our home. The combination of Tom’s expertise, professional oversight, knowledge of materials, craftsmanship, competitive pricing (especially considering optional design/install work), problem-solving skills, AND elite status as an installer of premium JH siding products was an absolute no-brainer for us. My wife and I are extremely selective about deciding who works on our home; before hiring Tom, we evaluated at least a dozen contractors over the span of 10+ months. This was a decision that we invested considerable energy, thought and analysis in. Without question… absolutely without reservation… we would hire Tom again.Posted on Google

Chester AnthonyKestering Construction recently resurfaced my deck and steps in the Oakwood Community in Plymouth Meeting. The work they did was clean and complete as promised and the workers cared about doing a great job. I thought the price was very reasonable, and I would highly recommend Kesting to anyone based very positive experience Joe MazurPosted on Google
Ken WeissTom and his installers were thoroughly professional. They did a magnificent job of reconstructing our damaged deck and were very careful about matching the materials to blend with the community. Highly recommended!Posted on Google
Dennis KieferI cannot recommend Kesting Construction enough. They replaced several roofs, proposed and built a novel type of truss framing for an older outbuilding , added two standing seam metal roofs, upgraded porch addition and added new windows. This company has been a pleasure to work with from beginning to end.Posted on Google
C MWe completed our project in July 2026. The project included Hardie Board siding, replacement of all windows, multiple doors, plus a new portico. Communication was superb, the project was done on time and at budget. Zero surprises, excellent craftsmanship. A++Posted on Google
MariaI am so grateful for the work the Tom Kesting's company did on my home. I needed to replace my Hardy Plank. Tom's pricing was very fair and he was referred to me by a trusted person so I gave the job to him. His team did an amazing job!!!! The quality of the work is outstanding. The caulking job is beautiful! I will give any of my future outside work to his company. He returns calls. The crew left the work site clean and undamaged. It was completely a positive experience.Posted on Google
Amy TimlinAn amazing job by Kesting Construction! We had our roof replaced. Then, we had our vinyl siding removed and replaced with Hardie concrete siding. It’s made a difference in keeping the house warmer in cold weather and we’re already feeling a difference in warmer temperatures. The two teams from Kesting were really great. They were very clean and took care to keep nails up. We have two dogs so that was a concern. The roof installation went as planned. Our siding finished ahead of schedule. We are so pleased with the work. I’d definitely recommend Kesting Construction for any project. Tom’s terrific, calm and not a high pressure salesman. Easy to work with. A real pleasure.Posted on Google
Matthew HowerI recently had my home’s siding replaced with James Hardie siding by Kesting Construction, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. From start to finish, the entire experience was outstanding. Tom and his crew were extremely knowledgeable, taking the time to explain the process, materials, and options in a clear and professional manner. He was also very easy to work with—responsive, approachable, and genuinely committed to making sure everything met my expectations. The quality of the workmanship was exceptional. The attention to detail and level of craftsmanship truly set this company apart. The finished product not only looks fantastic but also gives me confidence that it will last for years to come. I highly recommend Kesting Construction to anyone looking for high-quality exterior work. Their professionalism, expertise, and commitment to excellence made this a great experience from beginning to end.Posted on Google
Alias FarighiWe couldn’t be happier with the transformation of our home! Tom and his team completely replaced the old wood siding panels with beautiful, high-quality hardie board siding that looks amazing. They also added a new window, a brand-new door, and rebuilt two old wood decks, all perfectly integrating everything to the new design of the home. All materials used were of the highest quality! Tom was exceptional from start to finish — incredibly communicative, responsive, and proactive in making sure everything worked out exactly as we envisioned. His team, including Andy, was professional, friendly, and a pleasure to work with. They showed up on time, worked hard and efficiently, and left the site clean every day. Andy even stopped by a few more times to make sure the site was clean and was excellent as well to work with! The final result is outstanding. The quality of workmanship is top-notch, and the attention to detail really shows. This was truly a world-class experience from beginning to end. I highly recommend Tom and his crew to anyone looking for reliable, skilled, and customer-focused construction services. Thank you, Tom, Andy, and the whole team…you’ve exceeded every expectation we had! We look forward to more projects just as an excuse to get them back!Load more
